At McGee & Co., we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging; please note that final sale items, custom upholstery, and lighting are not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, affix the return label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
