What is your return policy for furniture and lighting?
We accept returns on select items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that furniture, lighting, and oversized items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery window once the item reaches your local hub.
Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers?
Yes, we offer an exclusive trade program for industry professionals including interior designers, architects, and home developers. Members receive special pricing and dedicated account support.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only allow cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order has likely entered our fulfillment process and cannot be modified.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout and include necessary duties and taxes.
